DUE TO LIMITED SPACE & SEATING:

Please try not to arrive no more than 5 minutes early or 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. 

NO KIDS OR EXTRA people (this includes friends, a spouse or children)!

Currently, you must be 16 years of age or older to be serviced. Otherwise, you must contact me in advance and a decision will be made on a case by case basis.

Please come with your hair free of any style & detangled if you have recently taken down braids or a previous style. This will expedite your service. Failing to do so may increase your price. Prices are standard & they will increase based on length, density and detangling needs.

PAYMENT POLICY

​

A Deposit is required when booking, and is non refundable.  This deposit will be deducted from the final balance.  CASH IS REQUIRED AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR SERVICE! or a 2.9% fee is applied if you pay with a credit card or debit card. I DO NOT ACCEPT VENMO, OR CASH APP!

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

​

If you must cancel, you must do so 48 HOURS prior to your appointment. Anything after your 48 HOURS will result in a 100% of your remaining balance, of your scheduled appointment. If you can't make your appointment or cancel the day of , you you are then a "No Call/No Show" client and you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled appointment; and you will no longer be able to book online.
